PLAYER PROFILES

Kyle Hansen (Captain) Position Forward

Pace of a top forward with a touch to mesmerise any defender who is not on his toes. Leads the line well with goals out of nothing giving any keeper no chance when he gives them the eyes. Kyle plays for the County under 12’s.

Player most likely to be like Michael Owen

Jordon Seddon (Vice Captain) Position Goal Keeper

As brave as a lion (even if his mum whimpers like a kitten on the sidelines) will not pull out of a tackle even with the biggest of attackers. A great last line of defence to have with his cat like reflexes.

Player most likely to be like Shay Given

Andrew Eland Position Defender

Built like a rugby player and tackles like one, as if the ball goes the man will not. Very strong on the ball and can not be knocked off. Will be a huge asset this season when we play some of the bigger teams.

Player most likely to be like Titus Bramble

Chris Berry Position Defender

Another big strong defender that reads the game well. Puts in some crunching tackles sometimes and never gives up on a cause. Can play good football at times and will no doubt have a calming effect on his team mates at the back.

Player most likely to be like John Terry

Tom Norton Position Defender

Tom is a new edition to the squad coming from Wattsfield. On first impressions Tom is another big strong defender with a big clearance and will be an asset to the team. His ability in the air is probably the best in the team with impeccable timing in the tackle.

Player most likely to be like Rio Ferdinand

Ryan Davies Position Defender

Ryan again is tough in the tackle and reads the game like a book, what Ryan gives up in pace is more than made up in intelligence. Ryan will marshal the defence like a well oiled machine when the season begins.

Player most likely to be like Ledley King

Dan Cook Position Defender

Tenacious in the tackle and will go in hard with any tackle can play out of defence as is comfortable on the ball. Very calm and am sure he has ice running through his veins. Dan will be a big asset to the team.

Player most likely to be like Ashley Cole

Callum Position Midfielder

Has a sweet right foot and will turn defenders all afternoon. Very comfortable on the ball and will play passes to team mates all day long rarely gives the ball away.

Player most likely to be like Joe Cole

Robert Whyte Position Midfielder

One of the most improved players in the squad that now has a good touch and great distribution skills. Will set up many goals for Kyle to score this season. A good tackler and has a good level of skill in all areas of his game.

Player most likely to be like Frank Lampard

Joel Graham Position Midfielder

Great link up player that can tackle and pass a great ball short or long. Will again set up many goals this season. Has an eye for goal also and can score some blinders from short or long distance.

Player most likely to be like Steven Gerrard

Dan Wilson Position Midfielder

The only natural left footer in the team and has come back to the squad after two years away. Can play the perfect cross or beat any defender who can also score goals. A great player that brings many of his team mates into play.

Player most likely to be like Dan Wilson (We do not have any great left footers so you may be England saviour one day)

Jack Butler Position Midfielder/forward

A very versatile player with an eye for goal links well with the attack or can lead the line. Can beat a player with his silky skills and quick feet. Will score many goals this season from anywhere. A bit of a free kick specialist.

Player most likely to be like David Beckham

Ashley Briers Position Midfielder

The most improved player, is an excellent trainer and can tackle with the best of them. Can play anywhere across the midfield which will be invaluable to the team this season. One for the future keep an eye out here on this one.

Player most likely to be like Michael Carrick

Adam has not been with the squad long or tested so profile will follow soon

Alex has not been with the squad long or tested so profile will follow soon

Mark has not been with the squad long or tested so profile will follow soon

Cameron has not been with the squad long or tested so profile will follow soon
